Ella Laytham!

I’m a Brooklyn-based designer and illustrator. I mostly make book covers! I’m currently at Penguin Random House, where I work on the Random House, Ballantine, Bantam, Dell, and Del Rey imprints. I specialize in commercial fiction and nonfiction covers. I also do some lettering and retouching.

I take on a small amount of freelance work. I’m especially interested in illustration-focused art direction and creative direction, not limited to print publishing. For retouching portfolio, please email me.
